Hello! I am a single person working company, I offer multiple cleaning and organizing services paid by the hour.

In order to determine exact prices. I require a consultation. This includes a phone call and texts about the services you need.

I will require photos of what I'll be cleaning and organizing to determine what needs to be done and cost of any add ons you'd like to add (see add ons to learn more).

I offer certain trash removal if needed and donations (also see add ons for more info)

Cleaning services 

 

My cleaning services include;

  • dusting areas
  • sweeping
  • vacuuming
  • mopping
  • bathroom cleaning
  • window cleaning

trash removal (prices vary; would be determined after consult)

Moving in and out cleaning services:

I can also offer cleaning homes before moving in or cleaning out home after moving out.

Organizational services 

 

I can organize closets, laundry rooms, dressers, pantries. etc

Pricing:

categorizing and sorting items;

small spaces. $25 to $50 per hour

full bedrooms (depending on size) $50 to $75 an hour

 

prices could change depending on our consultation

Add on services 

here are my add on prices

 

laundry folding; these all would be determined after a consult

 

minimal load: $20

medium size: $35

large or more; $50 or greater

 

strictly trash removal;

starting at $25, would also be determined after a consult

 

I do not accept removal of huge furniture

if needed I can take donations for you (some items limited, would be addressed during our consult)
